Job Description: As a Customer Service Agent at Panoramex Tour & Travel, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our services to potential clients. You will be responsible for engaging with customers through email, call center interactions, and in-person interactions to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and showcase the unique offerings of our tours and travel packages. Your exceptional communication skills, friendly demeanor, and in-depth knowledge of our services will contribute to the overall success of our customer service efforts.


  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about our tour and travel services, including itineraries, pricing, availability, and special promotions.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable tour packages based on their preferences, interests, and travel requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to address their concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Promote additional services, upgrades, and add-ons to enhance the customers’ travel experiences.
  • Handle booking and reservation processes, including processing payments, issuing tickets, and providing confirmation details.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, transaction logs, and databases to track interactions and update customer information.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new tour offerings, and travel regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems, customer service software, and email management tools.
